Shipping Policies
- Upon receipt of your order, you will be advised within two business days if your item(s) are in stock. If item(s) are out of stock you will be advised with the expected date to fill the order.
- If, upon finding any item(s) are out of stock, you choose to cancel the order, email us at customerservice@anykidsfurniture.com within 24 hours and we will refund your purchase.
- In stock items usually ship within three business days.
- Our shipping policy is as follows for all orders within the 48 contiguous states:
- UPS ground shipping for all items
- Special arrangements for UPS Next Day, Second Day and Third Day delivery may be made at customer's expense by emailing us at customerservice@anykidsfurniture.com for details and rate information.
- A Levels of Discovery company packing list will be included with one carton of each “ship-to” order. Note: Packing slips do not contain any pricing information
Return Policy
All sales are final. Any exception to this policy must receive written approval from Any Kids Furniture, with customer responsible for both outbound and inbound freight on entire order, plus a 15% re-stocking fee.
Customer Service Policy
- All claims must be made within 45 days of receipt.
- To return an item that has been damaged or is defective, please first email us at customerservice@anykidsfurniture.com and we will be happy to assist you.
- If you have assembled the item, please disassemble and carefully repack all pieces and hardware in their original packaging to avoid damage. Items damaged due to return shipping will not be refunded/replaced.
- Return the item to: Levels of Discovery, c/o Tripar, Inc. - 20 Presidential Drive, Roselle, IL 60172. Please email us at customerservice@anykidsfurniture.com with any questions.
- Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.
