How secure is anykidsfurniture.com?

Payments, Returns, and Claims
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, echeck, and Paypal.

Do you charge sales tax?
Because we are located in Illinois we are required to charge sales tax for any product order that is placed by an Illinois resident.

What if an item has been damaged or is defective?
All claims must be made within 45 days of receipt.  To return an item that has been damaged or is defective, please email us at custermerservice@anykidsfurniture.com and we will be happy to assist you.  If you have ssembled the item, please disassemble and carefully repack all pieces and hardware in their original packaging to avoid damage.  Items damaged due to return shipping will not be refunded/replaced.  We will inform you  of the return address when you call.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

What is your Return Policy? 
All sales are final.  If an exception is made, written approval is required from Any Kids Furniture, with customer responsible for both outbound and inbound freight on entire order, plus a 15% of retail price re-stocking fee.  If an exception is made a credit will be issued, to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, for the purchase price minus outbound shipping and minus 15% of the purchase price.

How long does it take to receive a Return Credit?
A return credit will be issued within 30 days to the credit card or PayPal Account used for the original purchase.

Shipping and Delivery
What about backorders?
You will be notified within 2 business days if the item(s) you purchased are in stock or out of stock (with expected date to fill order).  If the item you purchased is out of stock you may accept the delay or cancel your order for a full refund.  If the item(s) are in stock your order will ship within three business days. 

What shipping methods do you use?
Normally items will be shipped by UPS Ground for the 48 contiguous states. 

Can you rush deliveries?
Upon request, UPS Next Day, Second Day and Third Day delivery service can be provided at customer's expense.  Please email us at customerservice@anykidsfurniture.com.

Furniture Choice and Care
How do I know which rocker is the right size for my child?
All of the Rock A Buddies™chairs are recommended for children over the age of three, weighing up to 100 pounds. We recommend Rock A Buddies Jr.™ chairs for children under the age of three, weighing under 50 pounds.

How do I assemble the furniture?
Each Levels of Discovery furniture piece comes with its own set of easy-to-follow assembly instructions. Please read all instructions thoroughly before beginning assembly.

The assembly instructions say to use a standard Phillips head screwdriver. Can I use an electric or cordless screwdriver?
We do not recommend using power tools. Please use a manual screwdriver and do not over-tighten screws.

How do I care for/clean my Levels of Discovery pieces?

We recommend you care for your Levels of Discovery furniture as you would any other piece of fine furniture - dust lightly with a soft cloth and avoid contact with anything abrasive that can scratch the hand-painted finish.
